The Woodhall Board of Directors consists of five
positions. The board meets once a month, usually the first Monday
of the month.
The Board acts on behalf of the association to improve and maintain
the neighborhood.

Committees
Architectural | Woodhall HOA by-laws require approval for home improvements, projects, and alterations. Architectural approval forms can be found under neighborhood documents. Please complete the form and submit via email or mail to our neighborhood management company prior to starting any home projects. Our management company information can be found under the Contact Us tab on the website. | |
Grounds | Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our common areas. | |
Crime Watch | Please report any suspicious activity directly to police. We would like to know of any potential problems that may require board attention. | |
